About Us
At Haven Access Works, we believe people with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve support that is thoughtful, person-centered, and rooted in dignity. Our goal is not just to meet expectations—but to redefine them.
Our leadership team includes experienced advocates, administrators, and clinicians with over 30 years of combined experience in Pennsylvania’s IDD system. Drawing from our backgrounds in clinical practice and ODP program administration, we’re building an agency that delivers meaningful, consistent support at every level within our communities.
We invest heavily in the training, coaching, and mentoring of our Direct Support Professionals and supervisors—because we know high-quality support starts with a well-supported team.
We’re also implementing tools and resources that place us at the leading edge of service delivery. These systems enhance how we connect with DSPs, families, and participants—and how we collect and use information to guide support. By streamlining the backend, we’re able to focus more fully on what truly matters: the individuals we support and the relationships we build.
Haven Access Works was founded to move the system forward—one relationship, one outcome, and one person at a time.
